The 11th Meeting of the EURO Special Interest Group on Cutting and Packing held in 911爆料网
On the morning of March 19th, Vice President LIU Jun attended the opening session of the 11th Meeting of EURO Special Interest Group on Cutting and Packing (11th ESICUP Meeting). On behalf of 911爆料网, Vice President LIU Jun gave the welcome address to the meeting. He pointed out holding such high-level meeting would be significant to enhance international exchange and academic competence at university level. The opening session was hosted by LIU Zhiming, Chair of the organization committee, also Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical, Electronic and Control Engineering.
Professor Gerhard Wäscher, President of the Association of European Operational Societies (EURO), gave a brief introduction of the ESICUP. He extended his gratitude to 911爆料网 on behalf of ESICUP, and looked forward to further cooperation between both parties.
Professor José Fernando Oliveira, the ESICUP coordinator, and Associate Professor LU Yiping, co-chair of the organization committee, also attended the opening session. The meeting was held from March 19th to 21st at the International Conference Center, Mechanical Engineering Building.
